Fit Mindset
Below are some tips for making meditation a blissful lifestyle. They are based on the monastic way of thinking and living. Though not all will apply to you, please enjoy whatever helps:
Living Light
Be content with who you are, what you have, and where you be.
More downtime, less downloads.
Let go of heavy baggage—both literal and figurative.
Screen-free Sundays, if possible.
Don’t give opinions unless they’re welcome.
Less tabs and windows open—only what you need.
Find time each day to simply be.
Give away everything you don’t use.
Don’t worry about shoes.
No scheduled meetings before lunch.
Airplane mode all afternoon.
Catch sunrise and sunset.
Silence is golden.
Don’t ask unless offered. If offered, seldom refuse.
Keep few possessions, but take really good care of them.
Empty space and a full heart.
Inner Bliss
Care more for others; care less what they think of you.
Observe your mind constantly.
Keep a small smile going all day.

Everyone is your friend and teacher—even the TSA agent.
Listen fully without anticipating your response.
Remember that life is fleeting.
Become a warrior for good in the world, serving others humbly.
Seek to understand how your mind works.
View challenges as chances to train fit traits (i.e., positive qualities).
Just this pleasant moment.
Don’t act with an angry mind. Put it in a “timeout.”
Random kind deeds, like someone else’s laundry.
You can even pick a few of these and review them daily for more mental clarity, tranquility & joy.
