About the Founder
After graduating from Yale and starting his first company, Liam went into private equity. However, he soon left that path to investigate his mind. After exploring various traditions from the Amazon jungle to the Himalayan foothills, he eventually ordained as a Buddhist forest monk. Liam holds an M.S. in applied neuroscience from King’s College London and has aided meditation research at Mass General Hospital and Harvard Medical School.
