Jill Bolte Taylor, PhD has been named by Time Magazine on a list of the 100 most influential people in the world and was the first guest on Oprah's SoulSeries show. She founded the nonprofit Jill Bolte Taylor Brains, Inc. and is the national spokesperson for the Harvard Brain Tissue Resource Center.
Dr. Taylor received a PhD with postdoctoral studies at Harvard Medical School in the Departments of Psychiatry and Neuroscience. She's also the author of the bestselling book My Stroke of Insight: A Brain Scientists' Personal Journey.
