Doug Kraft Bio
Doug Kraft is a meditation teacher, retired Unitarian Universalist Minister, psychotherapist, and the author of several books, including his most recent book Deepening. He has trained in expressive and humanist psychotherapies with a special focus on body-oriented Bioenergetics. He’s studied with many great meditation teachers and works one-on-one providing counseling and spiritual mentoring.
