Episode Overview
Sharon Salzberg is a world-famous meditation teacher and NY Times bestselling author.
She's largely responsible for popularizing mindfulness in the West. As one of the founding members (along with Jack Kornfield and Joseph Goldstein) of the Insight Meditation Society, Sharon brought a deep level of mindfulness meditation practice into the U.S. mainstream.
We discuss her training with legendary teachers in Asia, the most sublime states of mind and how to achieve them, handling the "inner critic," the psychology of real love, and how this differs from conditional love.
Hope you enjoy!
