Robert Lustig, MD, MSL Bio
Dr. Lustig holds a BS from MIT, an MD from Cornell, and a Masters of Studies in Law from UC Hastings College of Law. He specializes in the field of neuroendocrinology, with research and clinical practice focused on childhood obesity and diabetes.
Dr. Lustig believes the food business, by pushing processed food loaded with sugar, has hacked our bodies and minds to pursue pleasure over happiness; leading to the current epidemics of addiction and depression. He aims to foster a global discussion of metabolic health and nutrition.
