Nick Littlehales Bio

Nick Littlehales was a former golf pro and also worked for Slumberland, a world-famous mattress brand, sparking a passion for sleep. He’s also a former chairman of the UK Sleep Council, which advises and educates on better sleep quality.

In 1998, he founded Sport Sleep Coach which works with top performers like pro cycling teams, Formula 1 drivers, NBA and NFL players, Olympic athletes, and international soccer teams like Manchester United.
