Adam Dorsay, PsyD Bio

Dr. Adam Dorsay is a psychologist based in San Jose, California. Dr. Dorsay works with professionals, executives, entrepreneurs, and athletes to address relationship challenges, manage stress and anxiety, and boost happiness and fulfillment.

Dr. Dorsay is the creator and host of the award-winning podcast "SuperPsyched," which explores various psychological topics. He has delivered two influential TEDx talks, focusing on "Men and Emotions" and "Friendship in Adulthood.”

Among his notable achievements, Dr. Dorsay co-created Project Reciprocity, an international resiliency program at Meta, and currently serves as a resiliency consultant for DigitalOcean. His educational background includes a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (Psy.D.) from Ryokan College and a Master's in Counseling from Santa Clara University.
