Andrew Litchy, ND Bio
Andrew Litchy, ND, is a naturopathic physician with a solid educational background and diverse experience in the medical field. He earned his Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, Oregon. His education included mentorships in various medical specialties, such as cardiology, oncology, and chronic conditions like Lyme disease and chronic fatigue syndrome. He has researched the effects of meditation on the body and mind, presenting his findings at national and international conferences.
Beyond his medical training, Dr. Litchy is also an experienced meditation instructor with a background in Buddhist practices, including a period as an ordained monk. He has trained with several Buddhist meditation teachers and is an endorsed instructor of Samatha-Vipassana meditation. His personal and professional experiences blend to create a compassionate and holistic approach to patient care.
